You have 7 days, after your initial delivery date to contact us for a full refund, no matter the issue. If you do not contact us before the 7 days expire, you will not get a refund. NO EXCEPTIONS. Buyers must pay the return postage fee. You are charge just $11 to start, and then each month, until you cancel. Cancel at anytime. If you do not cancel 3 days before your billing due date, if you are charged, you will not receive a refund. No refund is ever issued out after your second month of service. You may get store credit. Each month, we will send you a random fleek makeup kit which could include, but not limited to, repeated items, brush sets, foundation, concealer, highlighter, lipstick, etc. Most time just 4 items. No less than 2. Colors and sizes may vary. We will never send you your exact true match color foundation or concealers, but just an assortment of different shades that match your race. The 40-color eyeshadow (shown in the picture above) is given out by month 6 and again once every year, if in stock. You may receive an eyeshadow pallet or just up to 3 individual colors, 1 lip gloss, 1-3 eye/brow liners and up to 10 pairs of lashes (just depends on price point and what's in stock) within your initial order (STARTER TOOLS). Products may be delivered one at a time. It does not come boxed together.
